Please see below for some frequently asked questions:

Shipping: Most orders are shipped the next business day after order, with the exception being custom orders. Arrival date will depend on the shipping method chosen.

Backorders: We try to keep our website as up to date as possible. This means that you can check the site to see what is physically sitting in our store in Teloga! Items listed as Backorder Available typically will add an extra 3 days to shipping time. If you place a backordered item, you will be contacted ASAP for an update on exactly when your item will arrive. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ensure that you get your items as quickly as possible!

New Items: We are adding new items just about every day! Please let me know if you want a product that is not listed by sending as email to info@cooksaddlery.com and we will do our best to get it in stock!

Returns: For non-custom items, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition and returned un-used/un-opened with all original packaging and accessories. Shipping and handling charges for returning items that are not the result of a Cook Saddlery error are borne by the buyer. Refunds will be granted in the same method that payment was given, minus actual shipping charges.
